Modern driving simulation can be utilized to test advanced vehicle features and innovative HMIs efficiently and early on in the development process. To utilize this potential, BMW AG operates the worlds most sophisticated driving simulation center. Here, I had the chance to help in the development of highly realistic driving simulation environments.

  • deep insights into the use of Unreal Engine in driving simulation

  • demonstrated proficiency in designing and creating 3D environments

  • published MA thesis as conference paper in a relevant medium

  • developed specific recommendations on future use of 3D environments at BMW driving simulation
